When Best Picture wins, does everyone involved get the little Oscar statuette?

I don't know for certain, but when Lord of The Rings won tonight, I noticed that the three producers of the movie went onstage to each accept an Oscar.

I think the producers get the best picture oscar, the director gets the best director oscar etc.

The rest gets OSCAR's but the Mayer kind.!

The Oscar for Best Picture goes to the producer not the director.

LOL! That's not nice to the rest of the actors that work so hard in the picture! I mean, yea lets give Sean Astin and Ellijeh Wood two rings of bologna!!! They worked hard, they deserve the recognition!

Question, did the previous LOTR's win last year too?
