What sitcoms do you think only appeal to women??

And what sitcoms do you think appeal only to women??

Or sitcoms that are OBVIOUSLY geared towards one audience.... but both men and women watch??

Perfect Strangers and Will and Grace are Women Sitcoms.

Sanford and Son is a Men Sitcom

Perfect Strangers is definately NOT a women sitcom.
If anything Id say its a man sitcom.

Its more geared towards the family than anything.

Although I do agree about W&G and Sanford & Son.

How is PS geared toward a famly?

Because it was part of ABC's TGIF.... which was definately geared towards the family.

By strong do mean it literally (like they're weak).... or strong that they have good personalities and are good characters to base a show around.

Because.... Frasier and Niles aren't strong (phsyically)-- but they're two of the funniest characters of all time.

There are no sitcoms that appeal only to men or only to women...... actually I wouldn't even say there are sitcoms that are GEARED toward one or the other.... and for obvious reasons, such as ratings... to have good ratings, the show obviously has to be watched by men and women alike.

I don't know, maybe I'm off with this, but...

Well Pefect Strangers was never in the top 30. So I know it had mostly a female audience. I just don;'t understand why a man would look at perfect strangers.
