i need a good web host thats free and has no banner ads or anything. ive tried hostultra but it stopped changing the pages when you editted them, and freewebs sucks cause it just lets you upload 50 files. anyone who knows of a good one will win a doggy biscuit.

Well, like Tripod, because you get your own url. Bravenet is also good, but these two still have banners. I'd go with one of these if you want to look past the banner. Angelfire lets you decorate your banners.
