Post Who was the first girl to lose her virginity?

I know they did a controversial episode where natalie talked about sleeping with her boyfriend. But in the early years it was implied that Blair, jo and nancy olsen already lost there's.

It was probably Nancy.

I mean, by the time The Little Chill rolled around in season 8, she was already pregnant with Roger's kid.

either Jo or Natalie were next. I can't remember which happened first... Jo getting married or episode 201.

JO

------------------
Blair: (makes wheezing noise)
Jo:i have when you do that!
Blair: do what?
Jo:SIGH!
Blair: it wasnt a sigh!
Jo: weel, if it wasn't a sigh then you've got a slow leak!
Tootie: C'mon guys cool it!

Blair: (makes wheezing noise again)
Jo: you're doing it again!
Blair: i happen to be breathing!
Jo: you do it just to annoy me!
Blair: i do it to keep from dying!
Jo: no there's an idea!!!!

Blair: he asked you on a...ugh!
Tootie: date blair, we call it a date!
Jo: yeah some wingding tomorrow night.
Nat: could that be your wingding Blair?
Blair: i dont go to wingdings, i go to cotillions.
Jo: well if this thing is a dance at the Highcrest Country Club, then your cottilion and my wingding are the same thing!

It was sort of implied Blair lost her virginity but I think that's all it was- an implication. Like last night (I probably don't have it verbatem but the idea is there)
Nat: Have you been sexually active recently?
Blair: Is that on the form?
Nat: No but I thought I'd ask.
Hee hee hee I thought that was funny- especially Blair's reaction.

------------------
Tootie: Can we sing?
Jo: Sing?
Tootie: That's what I do when I'm scared what do you do?
Jo: Slap people

Blair: A Warner is like a delicate soufle
Jo: Yeah light and empty

Nat: I'd rather be a happy magic marker than a skinny pencil

i know for a fact that natalie was the first girl out of the four main girls to loose her virginity. when she was in new york, snake came and i think it was on their one year anniversary that they finally made love. it was a very controversial issue. they originally asked lisa whelchel to do it, but she has such strong beliefs against sleeping with someone before you are married that she declined. that's why she doesn't appear many times in that episode. she wanted nothing to do with the topic.

it makes no sense that Lisa didn't appear in the episode where Natalie loses her virginity because she is so against the idea, yet in The Little Chill, she didn't act like she had any problems with the fact that Nancy was pregnant and not married yet. And there was only little over a years difference between the two episodes.

The reason that Lisa objected to that ep was because by then she had already met her future husband the minister...or pastor (not sure) and her religious beliefs were getting stronger at the time. Personally, I would have done the episode. But I respect her for standing her ground. I think sex is simply a part of life, and it would be unrealistic to assume that EVERYONE waits until marrige.

*Jo and Blair rule!*

Nat: Look Jo if you don't get this scholarship you're gonna be back in the BRONX running around with the little pueblos!
Jo: Young Diablos!

BLAIR: Take them off JO!! I dont want to fail!
Jo: will you read my editorial?
Blair: YES!
JO: You PROMISE?
Blair: YES!!
JO: You SWEAR??
Blair: YESS!!!
Jo: i dont believe you (Ducks back under desk with a grin)

Blair:The Eastland School for Girls, the finest school in all the land....
Jo:You're talking like a leprachaun Blair.

(Blair, Tootie and Jo laughing at Natalie)
Natalie: What?
(Continue to laugh)
Natalie: What?!
(Takes off her hat and looks at it)
Natalie: Oh good! Good!! I’m loosin’ a bolt! I’m working half wattage here!!

Blair: "I have a final tomorrow and the only time I get to study is during intermission!

***Every Jo needs a Blair!***

Nat: A flash back within a flashback....! I'm so brilliant it scares me!

I don't thin Nancy sleeping with Roger was the same thing as one of the main girls doing it. These girls were considered role models and that's why she objected to it. Nancy was about to get married anyway, and they obviously showed the consequences. Also if you remember the interview episode Blair goes into this whole thing about waiting until she's married, so Natalie was definitely the first.

I think the reason it was such a deal was simply because it was 1988.

In 2000, if FOL was on now and had an episode like this, it wouldn't be as controversial because sex has been opened up more on television.
