I'm not sure if this has been asked in
the past, but where did Dorothy(Tootie)
get her nickname, Tootie, from? Or, who
was the first to call her Tootie and why?

I don't know what it was, but something i heard on TV said that Tootie got her nickname because she talked too much.

Yes. I remember one episode she stated how she got her nickname. And it was because her freinds thought she talkied too much.
