I say Raven, should finally have a birthday PARTY

, Devon shows up to surprise her again, only to get dissed and heart-broken cause Raven's found a new friend...so instead of Raven tryin to get a guy's attention, they turn the tables and have Raven be begged for *evil laugh*! Eddie and Chelsea try to talk about being a couple and realizes that it could ruin their friendship. This is lame...I could write a better script

Ya'll wanna know the guy's name Raven's gonna hook up with??
