MADISON, Maine - A Maine coffee shop owner is planning to use more than caffeine to perk up his customers - topless waitresses.
Facing stiff competition from nationwide coffee shop chains, Normand St. Michel submitted an aplication with the Town Of Madison to open a topless coffee bar named the Heavenly Angels Coffee Shop. The town's code enforcement officer said the project does not violate town law.

Yeah, I'll have a double tall nipplecino...No! I mean a grande decaf boobs..D'oh!

Keep those lids on tight ladies, we don't want you to singe anything.

One guy opened the Breastaurant- which is a topless restaurant, in Montréal a few years ago- right across the street from Hooters. Hooters, for some reason, was losing money here, and decided to move out of the city. I wonder why?
