how the hell did that robot get out of the room, go down the street to the school, go to the school desk and get permission to be on campus, and then roll around the hallways to end up at Screech's surprise party? No one noticed a robot roaming the streets?

I just wanna clarify this.

The way I see it is his mother drove the robot to school... and told the higher ups that the robot was going to surprise Screech for his birthday and to please keep it hush, hush...
