Post What are the #1 reasons you love FOL?

I don't know if this topic has been posted before but if it has I'm bringing up again for newbies like myself! I'm just curious about why each of us watches it. Is it for the different characters, the stories, the reality aspects, the era, etc.
I like it because of the friendships and because I am dedicated to Jo/Nancy McKeon plus a lot of it feels real.

I like watching FOL because I can see a little part of myself in each of the characters, especially in Jo.

Three words: Mrs. Garrett; Natalie!!

------------------
Blair: (reading from a book) Her face flushed hottly. At that moment, he kissed her (laughs)
Nat: Great Blair! You've gone from food to sex and I can't have either!

Lots of different reasons: the humor, the message that each episode has, the characters, Jo/Nancy, and the uniqueness of the show.

"You're old, you're ugly, you live with it!" - Jo

"Why would you want to be popular? You have to smile and talk to peple and all that stuff!" - Jo
*************************
Rose: So, Jerry, ever dressed up like a horse?
Jerry: No, but thank you for asking!

A lot of reasons; the lessons, the comedy, the tragety, and the characters.

Well, I would say NMK, but I didn't know her when I first started watching the show (gasp!), so I'll have to say that what first got me hooked was how funny it was, then I really started to like the characters, and I like the morality of the show. It's not your typical teenager show like today where they're all doing drugs and having sex... then NMK made me really get into it.

Jo: Partners? You mean 50-50? Uh, 50-50-50-50-50?
Blair: Good, Jo, we'll let you do the books!

Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.

And from your two resident off-topic queens, Danielle and I, who are still looking for that 12 step program by the way:

Nancy McKeon all the way!

On April 24, 2008, Dana and I are going to meet in LA and handcuff ourselves to Nancy McKeon and Jay Harrington, and you're not. Ahahaha!

Jay Harrington is all mine! I don't care what you guys say, cuz he's mine! Not yours! AHAHAHAHAAAA!

Teddy: Hey, I'm making you an offer you can't refuse.

Jinny: Look, you know who I am, OK? You know who my family is. Why the hell do you even wanna be with me at all?
Teddy: Because, I love you.

Jinny: What was she expecting? The welcome wagon?

Jinny: Basically, people are who people are. Your born, you die pretty much the same person. All the rest is just window dressing.

Check out my Nancy McKeon Supersite!

I like it because it's a show that doesn't boar me and I like the humor and all the diff'rent things that go on in the diff'rent eps. Plus I like it because I don't like to watch things where all the people do is swear and act so ignorant, and I can relate to something or someone.
