Here are the following Nielson's Top Rated Programming charts over the past 8 seasons of "Full House" according to the reference book "The Complete Directory to Prime Time Network and Cable TV Shows":

1987-88 Season: N/A
1988-89 Season: N/A
1989-90 Season: #22
1990-91 Season: #14
1991-92 Season: #7
1992-93 Season: #10
1993-94 Season: #16
1994-95 Season: #25

Note: According to that book, in the 1994-95 season, "Full House" was probably ABC not CBS. I thought that the book has a slight of a network error.

Yea, I saw the same rankings on TVtome. I thought the last season was too boring.

Full House ended very badly. There is not a doubt in my mind that they could have done better with that finale.

Is it possible that you are thinking of Family Matters or Step By Step? In their last seasons, they were on CBS.
