My vote is for the Chinese Restaurant because I spend more time there waiting for orders than looking for my car at parking garages.

Actually, The Parking Garage had two settings, if you remember. The garage itself, as well as the security office.

And Chinese Restaurant was better anyway, because they did that in "real-time".
