Absolutely Tragic & Fascinating case. I don't know what you feel happened but after getting all the info I believe that Claude Moulton, who lived in the A Frame house that was less than a mile away from where Maura vanished was probably involved. If you remember, his brother Larry Moulton(who died of Cancer in 2005) went out of his way to get in contact with Maura's father Fred. When he met with him he said that his brother murdered Maura and even gave Fred the knife that he claimed was used. It's hard to believe Claude would do all of this, implicating his own brother, as a lie/hoax imho. Also, if you watch the last 5-10 minutes of Episode 5 & the very beginning of Episode 6 in the Oxygen series a private investigator found small red spots in a closet of the A frame house where Claude Moultin lived at the time. The tests showed it was human blood of 2 people mixed together. But, sadly it was to small of a sample to pull and seperate the dna of either individuals. Thank You for telling me about the case.
Just an FYI. The 'Disappeared' episode aired in 2009. All the information you listed here was discovered afterwards so it couldn't be included in the episode. Although the first car accident was mentioned.

Interesting. I wonder why or how the West Point & Credit Card # theft info didn't come out until 5 years after the incident?

Like everyone else, I have a hard time stopping at just one case. Who knew UM was like Lays potato chips that way? Off the top of my head, I'd have to go with the Patsy Wright murder. I've always thought it was funny that the segment made mention of how intensely regulated that form of strychnine was, yet LE could never seem to trace the acquisition of it. I still think tracing the strychnine could lead to solving the case.

Shout out to Brian and Jade regarding the Flores case. It's always been a rabbit hole case for me as well. A parking lot full of potential witnesses, and surveillance cameras a plenty, yet no one saw anything?? Things that make you go, "Hmmmmm".
