I would love them to more stories about John and Jane Does. There are so many cases of unidentified bodies that seem like someone would know who these people are! I think Unsolved Mysteries would be a great place to get these does some exposure. One that particularly bothers me is this unidentified woman:

You'd think someone out there would notice her as missing....

Ok so forgive me for being behind, I'm a new mommy and am in nursing school full time so I haven't been on here in ages....is UM coming back???? Also, is any station currently showing it (I'm assuming it's the Farina episodes)?

One of my votes for cases they should produce is the Lee Cutler case. I seen it on the ID channel's show "Disappeared". Very compelling case. I agree with the previous poster as well, more Doe cases would be great.

Thanks!

They are currently asking viewers for new story submissions generating speculation that they may be eying going back into production. However as mentioned elsewhere in this thread there is a difference between possibly gauging interest in the possibility of going back into production and going back into production itself.

The bottom line is a big giant: "We'll Shall See"

UM (The Farina Episodes) are currently being shown weekly on "Lifetime" including a prime-time block of episodes on Thursday evenings.

I submitted the Holly Bobo disappearance.

For those of you unfamiliar with her case, she is a 20 year old nursing student who went missing from the Middle TN area on April 13, 2011. Her brother saw her walking into the woods with a man dressed in camouflage. It was later surmised the man in camo was holding her at knife/gun point, and her brother was unable to see this from vantage point.

Very few details have been released.

Default Yogurt Shop Murders

Did UM ever air a segment about the yogurt shop murders (Austin, TX)? If not, that would be a really good one for them to tackle.

No. There was never an UM segment on that case.

That would make a good new story! I know he was profiled on Missing a few times (they have, or at least HAD a habit of repeating the same cases every 4 to 6 weeks). He was living in Washington no? According to what I saw, he was playing poker with friends and left pretty late at night. I think his car was found behind a fast food restaurant.....? His friends didn't notice anything out of the ordinary with his behavior. Seems like Joe just vanished. Sad.

There hasn't been any other news and they have ignored emails so I assume they were just pulling our legs. It wouldn't matter anyway becuz it would suck, Unsolved Mysteries for people with Attention Deficit Disorder.

I'm definitely not getting my hopes up and if there is no announcement before labor day or so, I bet there won't be new UM.

UM is not on Lifetime Wednesdays or Thursdays anymore, but is on spike Wednesdays at 2am. I don't think that's a good sign.
