I'm so glad I was able to resolve the inaccuracies in this case on my Unsolved Mysteries site; that was one of the things I was hoping might come of it. I just wish I could do the same for so many others like the Monica Libao case. I can't believe that such a case with a obvious solution has not been solved especially given how well abduction cases even fifty years ago have been covered. I wonder if that's any indication as to it hasn't been solved.

I finally received a response from a reporter at the Medford Mail Tribune and he informed me that the Newpaper wants to do some sort of follow up story on our case. So it appears the ball is definatly rolling in the right direction.

well..theres been alot of feedback about which is right which is wrong in this case.and i am a person who doesn't judge..but what i do know..is the things we do to people..and the damage we inflict these days is really bad..there is little disregard to the truth before there is a judgement..and unfortunately..thats the way the world is..i don't know much about this case..but i do know that the media and newspapers have a certain right to blow up things to their discretion to get their ratings and get the people involved in their network or whatever..its just like any job..and i for one don't think its right..but the state allows it..mainly because they do want info on major events to be known..but when it comes to talk shows..and reality shows..some is just not accurate on their findings and are told to put it together and make it as interesting as possible..find the words to make the people excited about what they read..rather it will destroy a life or not..but basically its like this..we have a law system in place for a reason..yes sometimes it doesn't work..but for the most part it does..if there is any wrong in any of this..especially being aired across the nation..they will fix the problem..especially dealing where there is children involved..so my opinion..from what i have heard..if there was any wrong on rebeccas part..she wouldn't be writing to us on this thread..the kids would not be where they are..her life would not be comfortable..owning your own business would not be a factor..all this has legalities of titles and documents being recorded..names given..so with that being said..i do believe she is being hounded by falsely stories and her life being messed up..and i truly do hope things can fix themselves for this family..rebecca..hold on to what you belief and to know..and know your not by yourself..there is people that are seeing and hearing what is going down..and remember when people do wrong..it will come back to to them 10 times as worse..may not be that next day or week..or year from now..but it will happen..and then they will look back to this time and place and remember what they did..and understand why they are in that position..so do you..be you..enjoy what you got..keep your head up

As a close friend of Rebecca's I can only add here the sacrifices this woman has been through because of a man's disassociation from reality and his need for revenge. No one save for her mom and dad knew where she was all those years that's how deeply she went into hiding. Anyone who questions her innocence in this matter really needs to look at this fact and ask yourself "why would she go to such lengths"? It's simply because of her unequivocal love for her children, she is an amazing mother... an amazing woman. I have never known any like her and I am proud to call her friend. All of her children are amazing people, with genuine empathy towards others and a true gift of enlightenment, like their Mother. Unfortunately alot of children out there are damaged from their upbringings and because of unfit parenting society is left holding the bag. Here we have a Mother, despite all odds managed to bring into this world and raise individuals who will not only better it but become outstanding citizens who we all could benefit from knowing.
