I think we will all just have to wait and see what happens with this reunion thing. I hope they change their minds and keep Jo alive, but if they don't I'll just choose not to watch. This is not because Jo is my "idol" or anything. I'd refuse to watch if any of the other characters were expected to die. Death may be a fact of life, but tv reunions should be a happy escape from that in my opinion. I could not watch FOL reruns if I had seen a movie that killed off any of the characters I grew up with.

Also, Ralph Malph...I love your username. I named my dog RalphMalph after my favorite HappyDays character. Nice to know there's another RalphMalph fan out there!!!

They should not kill of Jo. That is awful.
If Nancy won't play Jo their is dozens of other actresses who would kill for the part.
Just hire one of them. Or have the other girls talk to Jo on the phone, & not show anybody.

Hehe! Awesome! Another Ralph Malph fan who likes FOL! Yep, I do agree that TV reunions should be a "happy escape"...especially when it's a sitcom like FOL. Well, hopefully they'll change their minds as I've found out (from someone on this site) that they have NOT begun taping.

I disagree with getting another actress to do it. First of all, no one could possibly do as good at bringing Jo to life as Nancy did. And before someone says something to me, i know you didnt say that. And it just wouldnt be the same if Nancy wasnt doing her.
But the phone thing is a good idea. I mean ALMOST anything is better than killing her. Jo was one of the most popular girls on FOL with the fans. She (the character Jo and Nancy) saved the show IMO. I know i'll prolly get beef from some one about me sayin' she saved the show but...i dont care thats the way i feel.

Same here. I do think that Jo/Nancy did save FOL and there wouldn't be as many FOL fans out there now. I will probably get beef about this too, but I still agree with nancysbiggestfan. Another actress would make the show different. Nancy is the only one able to portray Jo. That is just my opinion. So don't chew us out, this is OUR opinion and if I'm not mistaken this is a free country and we can say our own opinions.

I too am just expressing my opinion here, and not trying to chew you out. But I agree with the Jo/Nancy fans here....ONLY Nancy McKeon can play as Jo. However, since FOL is just fiction, it doesn't make a difference to me what they choose to do about the reunion, even though I think that reunion movies suck.

No no! I was just saying that I AGREE with your point! "YOU GUYS" was directed to the others who were NOT respecting other's opinions. Sorry about not being too clear on that Don't worry!

ok, Yes I love Jo (I love Blair more) but if Nancy doesn't want to do the reunion, then it's her choice. Maybe someone should say something to her in the Chat on Sunday. I will be there, maybe I will say something to her.
