UPN is a national network like ABC/NBC/CBS with local affiliates that show different shows in different cities outside of primetime.
Unfortunately in Louisville, KY all they show are stupid court shows, dumb comedies from the 1990's and tons of informercialls, kind of like our PAX affiliate here too.

Obviously, smoe cities have much better UPN affiliates than others.
