Joyce randolph, who became joyce charles when she married richard charles an advertising executive, in 1955 died in 1998 but in 1995 she was named USO woman of the year, thats what it says on this website for joyce randolph

no, that can't be right, because I remember seeing her in a little spot on TV LAND talking about "The Honeymooners" in 2000 or 2001.

Those interviews may not be tv land interviews, they may have been aquired by tv land and had been done before 1998, i dont know why a website would say she died in 98 if she didnt.

That info has to be bogus because according to imdb.com, she is still alive. As a matter of fact, she even had a cameo in a movie called Everything's Jake in 2000.
