No wonder it was left in the graveyard of Saturday morning TV once she left. SBTB could've been bigger than ALF. Need I say more?
No, what you don't understand is that while Miss Bliss was on the show it ONLY aired on Disney! They dropped the show, and Haley Mills didn't want to continue the show, and then NBC bought the show. I seriously doubt that "Good Morning, Miss Bliss" could've replaced "The Cosby Show"! That was one good show, and "Good Morning, Miss Bliss" was some bull****! SBTB was SUPERB when Haley Mills got off! If it wasn't, why would people STILL be so into the show?!

I understand that you liked it better w/Miss Bliss; however, I still stand by my opinion that she didn't do the show ANY justice! It doesn't matter who her supporting cast members were, she just wasn't the type of actress for that show. I think she was a main part of the reason why the show was so boring and dull!

The fact of the matter is that Saved By The Bell was originally called Good Morning, Miss Bliss. And if the show lasted 6 seasons, then it most certainly could not have taken a nose dive in ratings or otherwise. Personally, I think The New Class show was a bad idea. But other than that, I loved the show's characters. Zach was my favorite becausse he reminded me a lot of myself. I was always concocting a crazy idea and I almost never stayed out of trouble. My mother says that technically I am still punished(until I am 50).

I wouldn't consider a show that lasts 6 seasons on SATURDAY MORNING to be a success. If you'd take off your anti-British actress blinders you'd know that the show would've lasted much longer, in PRIME TIME I might add, if Miss Bliss had stayed. The fact that the episode "Parents And Teachers" (which featured Ms. Bliss prominently) was the highest rated ever for the series should tell you something.

You're really getting beyond annoying here. Just because some people don't like the Miss Bliss episodes as much, doesn't mean they are anti-British! You need to accept that other people will have different opinions than you!

What does it matter about which day it came on ?! Oh my gosh, you're BEYOND stupid ! Maybe you're illiterate or something, but I've ALREADY made it known that it has nothing to do w/Haley Mills being BRITISH ! I've liked some movies she's played in, but I thought that the show sucked w/her on there ! Where she's from has NOTHING to do w/it. You're trying to make it into something it TOTALLY has nothing to do with !!!

I dont think that anti-British comment was necessary. I am not against British actors at all. I am just saying that the show did better having premises around the students rather than the teacher. You really ought to relax.

It looks like I really hit a nerve with my anti-British actress comments. I guess the truth hurts.

OK, since everyone is SO sure that SBTB was better AFTER Ms Bliss, why don't we put it to a vote?

Was SBTB better WITH Ms Bliss or WITHOUT?

Although I do disagree with thaThrill about the whole Ms Bliss being the shows savior. I do believe that the show got a little bit better once they booted her, not much, but it was a step in the right direction. However I do agree with Thrill in that british actors do take a bad rap in this country. These actors are highly trained and I believe that American actors take exception to the fact that the british actors are head and shoulders above them when it comes to acting talent. The American actors are insecure and feel the need to belittle the brits in an attempt to make themeselves look better. No wonder Europe hates us!!! Lets stop this tomfoolery and move on as a TV Nation!

I'm glad you've seen the light Max. One only has to think of the butler from Fresh Prince and Mr. Belvedere to realize that the only time British actors are used is as the butt of jokes. And don't even get me started on Mr. Bentley from the Jeffersons. Just because you say a problem doesn't exist doesn't make it so.

It looks like you hit nothing, except making people think you're even more stupid than they had originally thought.

A problem DOESN'T exist to me. Listen, I don't give a damn WHERE an actor/actress comes from as long as they're GOOD ! It's impossible to talk to morons like you b/c you are quick to ASSume that people are prejudice, when that's clearly NOT the reason people disliked the show while she was on there. Therefore I'm done talking to you about this b/c it's obvious you don't comprehend very well!!! Therefore, you ARE the weakest link... GOODBYE !!!!!!!!!

Gucci - Why'd you have to go and get personal? I came here to discuss the fact that SBTB went way down in terms of quality following Ms. Bliss's departure and somehow you end up calling me a moron. Is that some sort of debating technique of yours to try to belittle anyone who disagrees with you? I was hoping we could all be adults about this. I apologize if my opinions are too much for you to handle.
