Magda's Reality

My computer wa broke for a little while and I just now got a chance to post. Hope you like it. It is nice and long.

Magda- I told you I was sorry. What else do you want me to say?
Gabe- Absolutely nothing. I don't want to hear what you have to say. Go to the house and pack your things. I don't want you coming back.
Magda- Fine. We don't want to be with you anyway.
Gabe- You are the only one who won't be with me. *leaves*
Magda- *Goes back out to her desk*
Raina- Magda, why did Gabe storm out of here like that?
Magda- No reason. Just leave me alone. *Runs to the bathroom*
CD- Is she alright?
Jinny- No. I'll go talk to her.

When she went into the bathroom, Magda was sitting on the bench, crying histerically.

Jinny- Mag, what happend?
Magda- Oh Jinny, Gabe is going to take Ben.
Jinny- He wouldn't do that.
Magda- He just told me to go home and pack my things. He is really scaring me. I never imagined this happening to me.
Jinny- You and Ben can stay with me as long as you need to.
Magda- Thanks. I am going to go pick Ben up right now.
Jinny- Good idea. What about Spivey?
Magda- Let him fire me. I don't care. My main priority is getting my son.

Magda left to go get Ben and then Nate walked in.

Spivey- Mr. Basso, do you have any idea how late you are for work?
Nate- Yes, as a matter of fact I do. 2 1/2 hours late.
Spivey- And your reasoning.
Nate- Well, let's just say I was, detained. *laughs*
Spivey- A sense of humor. You had better watch it inspector. I am keeping an eye on you. *leaves*
Nate- Oh, I am shaking in my boots.
CD- What took you so long?
Nate- Traffic. It was terrible.
CD- Well, we got a lot of work to do.
Nate- Well, let's get started.

Magda went to Ben's school to pick him up.

Magda- Hello. I am Mrs. Ramirez. I am here to pick up my son.
Ms. Jackson- I am sorry but your husband just left with your son.
Magda- What?! Why did you let him go?
Ms. Jackson- He said you knew all about it. What else was I supposed to do?
Magda- OH GOD! *rushes out to the car and races off*

Meanwhile, Spivey has just come out of his office and realizes that Magda isn't there.

Spivey- Where is Inspector Ramirez?
Jinny- She had to go pick up her son from school.
Spivey- She has been gone for two hours.
Jinny- Well, what can I tell ya? There might be a lot of traffic.
Spivey- When she comes into the office, tell her to come straight into my office. ASAP!
Jinny- *mouthes* Bite me.
Spivey- What?
Jinny- Might take her a little while.
Spivey- She had better hurry up.

It was now almost time for the inspectors to go home for the day.

CD- Nate?
Nate- Yeah?
CD- Would you like to come over to my house for dinner.
Nate- I don't know...
CD- Why not?
Nate- Well, it all depends. What are you going to wear?
CD- "Nothing" special. *winks*
Nate- I'll be there.

Raina- Jinny, where is Magda? She hasn't been back to work today.
Jinny- I am not quite sure where she is. I am sure she is fine.
Raina- I hope so. She seemed very upset before.

Jinny was indeed worried. It is not like Magda to just leave and not come back without telling someone. She pulled up to her apartment and her lights were on. She was hoping that Magda was inside.

Jinny- Mag, you here?
Magda- Yeah. I'm here.
Jinny- Where the hell were you? I waited for you.
Magda- I was looking for Ben.
Jinny- What do you mean looking for Ben? You were supposed to be picking him up from school.
Magda- When I got there, they said Gabe came and picked him up. Now they are both gone. I looked everywhere. That son of a bitch took my son.

I have to babysit tonight so I will be able to post some more while I am babysitting. If I get lots and lots of posts, I will post more.

Sorry I didn't post last night. I didn't have a chance to. This next part does get a little grusome, but very romantic. Here is more. I am soo glad people are reading this!!!

Jinny- It is OK Magda. Everything will be fine.
Magda- How will everything be fine?? He has my son!
Jinny- Calm down. Let's go down to the police station. *phone rings* I'll get it. *picks up phone* Hello?
Guy- Let me talk to Ramirez.
Jinny- *whispers* Mag, it's for you. It is some guy with a really creepy voice.
Magda- Hello?
Guy- Magda Ramirez?
Magda- Yes, who is this?
Guy- That isn't important right now. You have got 1 hour to get down here with $5,000.00 or your child dies. Do you understand?
Magda- Gabe? Is it you?
Guy- Well, someone went to college.
Magda- Gabe, you are out of control. Just give Ben back please.
Guy- And why should I?
Magda- Because he needs his mother. We can work all of this out.
Guy- No we can't. You had to go off with another man. Now you have ruined our family. Give me the money and I will give Ben back.
Magda- So you just want Ben so I will give you money for him?
Guy- You got it.
Magda- And where the hell do you expect me to get the money? We just got out of debt remember? I don't have $5,000.00.
Guy- Well, I would find out where to get it.

Nate had just have arrived at CD's apartment.

CD- Hi Nate. Come on in.
Nate- Thanks. So, what has my partner cooked for dinner?
CD- Very very juicy chicken breasts.
Nate- I hope they're hot.
CD- You bet you life they are hot.

After dinner, Nate helped CD clean up the dinner mess. Then they sat down at the table for dessert. They didn't know exactly what to do next. I mean, yeah they had been together before but Nate wasn't sure when to make the move. When they were done with dessert, they went to the couch and just started talking.

CD- No kidding. You lost your virginity when you were 14?
Nate- Yep. With Karen Garcia. She was the hottest girl in our school. Every guy wanted her. I was the lucky one though.
CD- So what ever happend after your 'experience' with her?
Nate- Oh, she told everyone in school that I was REALLY terrible in bed.
CD- No way!
Nate- Way. I hid my face for a week. By the time I was done being completely humiliated by her, everyone had forgotten about it thatnk goodness.
CD- I find it hard to believe that you were terrible in bed.
Nate- Well, it was after all my first time.
CD- *leans over and kisses him* Show me how you are now.

He kised over and over again. And then he took off her shirt and her bra and just started touching her breasts. She then took off Nate's shirt and started to unbuckle his pants and take them off. She, while kissing him, led him into her bedroom. He slammed her on the bed. Next thing you knew, neither of them had any clothes on. Then CD stopped kissing him.

CD- Nate, do you have any protection?
Nate- No but don't worry. Nothing will happen. You said you got your tubes tied.
CD- *Remembering that she only said that so he wouldn't ask her any questions about why she doesn't want to have any children, she had to think of what to tell him now.* Well, I guess since this is our first time doing it, it will be alright. * They made passionate love all night long.

Magda- Where do I come with the money?
Guy- Come to our house so Ben doesn't get suspicious.
Magda- Fine.
Guy- Oh and Magda, don't bring any police friends with you. Including that Jinny bitch of yours.
Magda- *Now getting pissed off* I won't. What time?
Guy- 8:45. Get moving. *hung up*
Jinny- Who was that?
Magda- That was Gabe. He has Ben. He wants me to give him $5,000.00 and then he will give Ben back.
Jinny- He can't do that.
Magda- Apparently he can. He is the one with Ben now. Where the hell am I going to get the money?
Jinny- I really wish I had it to give to you.
Magda- I know. Thanks.
Jinny- How about your Mom?
Magda- I can't ask her for it. She doesn't that much.
Jinny- How long do you have to get it?
Magda- He wants me to be there at 8:45.
Jinny- That soon?
Magda- Yeah.
Jinny- I'm coming with you.
Magda- No you can't. He told me specifically not to bring you.
Jinny- You think I am going to trust him with you alone after what he is doing to you?
Magda- Well, I guess you can sit in a car on the other side of the street.
Jinny- And when trouble is happening, just give me a sign.
Magda- You mean like, scream?
Jinny- No. Too obvious. How about you, flicker the lights?
Magda- Perfect. But what if there is some reason I can't move?
Jinny- Well then, you scream.
Magda- *chuckles* Okay.

It is 8:45 and Magda is in her house waiting for Gabe. Jinny, as promised, is in a dark car right across the street. Then Jinny saw Gabe coming into the house.

Magda- Where's Ben?
Gabe- Is anybody with you?
Magda- Of course not. I told you I wasn;t going to tel anyone about this. Now where is Ben??
Gabe- I didn't bring him.
Magda- If I give you the money I get Ben. That is the deal.
Gabe- Well, the deal has changed a bit.
Magda- What do you mean?
Gabe- Where is the money?
Magda- It's in my purse. I want to see Ben before you get any money.
Gabe- Well, see, that's not gonna happen. *comes closer to her until they are face to face.* I loved you Magda. Believe me, I did. But you betrayed me. You made me look like a fool. Now you are going to pay. *Punches her in the stomach*

She fell to the floor. She was in terrible pain. Then he pulled out a gun and aimed it at her. Then all of a sudden, a gunshot went off.

I have to go baysit again. Nice cliffhanger though huh? If I get lots of posts, I will add more tonight.

When Magda looked over, Gabe was on the floor and there stood Jinny with her gun out. She had shot Gabe.

Magda- Oh Jinny. Thank God you are here.
Jinny- Hang on. I'll call for help.
Magda- No. I'm fine.
Jinny- No you're not. I'm taking you to the hospital just to make sure.
Magda- I still don't know where Ben is. I have to go find him.
Jinny- I will go look for Ben right after I take you to the hospital.
Magda- Jin--
Jinny- MAGDA! No contradicting me. Let's go. I'll help you down.

Meanwhile, it is now 12:15AM and CD and Nate had fallen asleep during their well..you know. Nate had just woken up and remembered where he was. He looked at CD laying there so peacefully. She had a glow on her. Nate never ever felt so happy. Then CD opened her eyes and saw Nate staring at her.

Nate- Hello beautiful.
CD- Hey you. What time is it?
Nate- It's twenty after 12. I had better get home.
CD- Why?
Nate- Because we both have work in the morning.
CD- Who cares. *kisses him*
Nate- I never thought I would see the day when Candace DeLorenzo couldn't keep her hands off of me.
Nate- You called me Candace. You know what that means. You get the worst punishment ever. *she kissed him for a long, long time. Then he broke it*
Nate- *sarcastically* Candace Candace Candace!
CD- You asking for it buster! *they start making out again. And again. And again!*

Dr. Jacobs- Well, Mrs. Ramirez, you are one lucky girl. Your baby is fine but whoever punched you, wanted you to have a miscarriage.
Magda- I had that feeling. When can I go home?
Dr. Jacobs- I would like to keep you here overnight for observation. If that is okay with you.
Magda- I don't want to but if it is best, I will.
Dr. Jacobs- Did anyone come with you?
Magda- My partner just went to go pick up my son.

Jinny called an ambulance to come and see if Gabe was okay. He died from cause of the bullet shot. But after Jinny explained what had happend, they cleared it as a good shoot. Jinny went to Gabe's car to see if she could find anything. There was Ben sleeping in the back seat.

Jinny- Ben. Ben. Wake up.
Ben- What's going on?
Jinny- I'm going to take you home now.
Ben- Where's Daddy?
Jinny- I'll explain later.
Ben- Where's my Mommy?
Jinny- She had to go somewhere. Come on, let's go home.

The next morning, CD's alarm woke them up at 6:30.

CD- Good morning. How did you sleep?
Nate- Not to well.
CD- Why not?
Nate- I never got the chance to sleep!
CD- Oh. Right.
Nate- I should go back to my house to shower and change.
CD- You could shower here if you want?
Nate- What will I do for clothes.
CD- Here. Wear this.
Nate- Your pink blouse? I don't think so.
CD- Can't blame a girl for trying.
Nate- I'll see you at work.
CD- Ok. Nate?
Nate- Yeah?
CD- Not a word about this alright?
Nate- You're not embarassed are you? To be with me?

Hello. Here is some more. I hope you guys like this next part. Enjoy.

CD- Nate, why would I be embarrassed of you?
Nate- Yuo won't tell anyone we are together.
CD-Only because if we tell one person, another one will find out. And then another and the finally Spivey.
Nate- Oh. Right.
CD- Listen Nate, I love you. Really I do. But what if things don't work out between us. Then we would not be able to be partners. You are one of the best partners I ever had. I don't want to lose this. Do you understand what I am trying to say?
Nate- Of course I do. But I also want to be able to hug you and kiss you whenever I want. I want to scream out to the whole world 'I love Candace DeLorenzo! I love her sooo very much.'
CD- You don't think I want to shout out those things just as much as you do? I do. Really I do. But Nate, this is a very complicated situation we have gotten ourselves into.
Nate- I understand that. Well, what are we going to do?
CD- We could still see eachother out of work as long as we don't go anywhere we might be seen by anyone we know.
Nate- So, basically, we have to sneak around for the rest of our lives.
CD- Not necessarily. You will screw up a case eventually and get fired. Then we could see eachother whenever we want to.
Nate- Oh very funny Ms. DeLorenzo.
CD- I thought it was quite funny Mr. Basso. *laughs*

That morning, Magda called Jinny to tell her she was ready to go home and that everything was ok. Magda also asked Jinny to bring Ben because she had to talk to him about Gabe. On the way to the hospital, Jinny talked to Ben about how come Magda was in the hospital. He was worried about his Mom but she explained that she was doing absolutely fine. When they got to the hospital, Magda got heself all checked out and she was ready to go.

Magda- Hey Jin, do you mind if I talk to Ben alone for a few minutes?
Jinny- Sure. I will just go get us some coffee. Do you want anything Ben?
Ben- I'll have a chocolate milk.
Jinny- This early in the morning?
Magda- You obviously don't know my son very well.
Jinny- *laughs* I will be back.
Magda- Ben, do you remember that night where me and your daddy had that big fight?
Ben- Yeah. It was kinda scary.
Magda- Well, your daddy and I had to have a little time apart from eachother. And, well, while we were having our time apart, he had a little accident.
Ben- Don't tell me he is in the hospital too.
Magda- No honey. He isn't.
Ben- Where is he?
Magda- He died sweetie. The accident he had was just to hard for him to take. I'm sorry Ben.
Ben- *starts to cry a little* It's not your fault Mommy. I will miss him but at least I still have you. *Hugs Magda*

That morning at The Division, CD had just come into work.

Spivey- Good morning Inspector.
CD- Why are you in such a good mood?
Spivey- My Bonsai grew more today. I am thrilled.
CD- *rolls her eyes* *Jinny just walked in*
Jinny- Hey CD.
CD- Hi. How was your night?
Jinny- Could have went better.
CD- I heard about Gabe. How is she holding up?
Jinny- She is holding up pretty good. Ben is upset but he is fine. I expected everything yo\\to go a lot worse than it did.
CD- Well, that's good.
Spivey- Inspector Exstead, where is your partner now?
Jinny- I told her to take the day off.
Spivey- And who died and made you queen? You don't have the authority to do that.
Jinny- She was going to take the day off anyway.
Spivey- In my office, now.
CD- Someone's in trouble.

Spivey- I heard about the shooting last night and yes I did expect her to take the day off but what I didn't expect was to hear that you are the one that shot her husband.
Jinny- I did it right. He was going to hurt her. What else was I supposed to do?
Spivey- You could have called the police.
Jinny- I am the police. I had it under control.
Spivey- If you had it under control, a man would not be dead.
Jinny- If I went to call the police, he would have killed her. In case you were not aware, he was holding a gun to her head. He was going to kill her. I did everything right.

Raina- I am going to go visit Captain today at lunch. Does anyone want to come with me?
CD- I'll come with you.
Nate- So will I.
CD- *gives Nate a strange look*
Nate- What?
CD- Nothing.

Raina- How are you doing Captain?
Kate- I have been a lot better. How is everything at the station.
CD- It would be a lot nicer if we had the Spivey off our asses.
Kate- Wow. And I thought I was going to hear you guys say he was better than me.
Raina- Never! Are you coming back to work?

I will post more later. I know I keep on saying that and then I don't post until the next day but I mean it this time. I will not wait until tomorrow. I aslo have the day off tomorrow so I can post a lot more!!!
