Default Favorite BM Character

I liked the way Wojo's butt looked in those ugly pants. But, it's hard to pick a favorite character since I just started watching the show last week (on demand) when I had the flu. Liked it so much I bought the 1st Season on DVD on e-bay. I hope to see more. I don't know if it's on TV Land, but if it's not, it should be.

I agree, but if I had to pick one it would be Yemana. Particularly for the infamous Hash episode.

When I originally watched the series in prime time, I was a Dietrich fan, and still may be. But judging from just the season 1 episodes I'm watching on the dvd set, Wojo is my favorite. Something about his attitude.

How did I miss this question before?? This is such an easy question...that of course would be Sgt. Chano Amenguale, played by the gorgeous Gregory Sierra. After that it would be Fish and Yemana.

Deffinately Det. Arthur Dietrich, i loved the way hed go into some serious, dramatic sililloquy, then turn around suddenly, and say something totally random like: " How about that Rangers game last night?"

Yemana - He was funny in the hash episode. I love the line he delivered about going down to the pier to shoot some clams.

Luger - Anytime he would talk about the olden days with his cronies.

Barney hands down!

He was level headed, fair, great at taking charge and very well liked by those under him. He was a leader par excellance!

Wow, it's tuff to pick. They were a great cast from begining to end. I have to pick Barney followed by good ol' Wojo. Like Catlover said, and others, Barney was a class act to work for. He's someone you would run through the wall for because he tried so hard to understand and to be fair. At the same time, he had to deal with inspector Lugar who, not a bad guy, but you had to put on your therapist hat for.

This show is underrated. In a way, it is related to the Honeymooners. They pulled off a successful sitcom in a very small setting, with very defined characters. Each person was unique. I like Wojo because he was one guy in law enforcement who seemed to be non-judgemental, maybe to a fault.
