First of all, I'd like to suggest that you not keep so much of this bottled up and rather tell us, your friends on the board. I am not very knowledgeable about the sources of help in your community, but I believe there are some.

Yes, it sounds like you got dealt a very difficult hand to play. But your problems seem to be mostly confined to your family, which means that people you can meet in the outside world, may behave much differently. I don't mean to say that your problem about the money isn't serious and unpleasant, but you have a lot of company, since many people have great difficulty with their bills. What I'm trying to say is that it isn't only you.

It sounds like you would be better off moving out, if possible and making your own friends. I think you're 18, aren't you? I know that's easier said than done, but it is a possibility.

Please don't do anything rash. The chances are that in five years, your life will be much better and it would be such a shame to harm yourself now, when something better may lie in your future.

That's not true! Life would not be better if you died! And you never know! You may get to meet Joyce some day!

Dorothy, there are billions of people in the world besides Joyce, and I am positive there are some who would love you if they got to know you.

I can't move out. If i did my mom would never be able to handle the bills by herself. I don't know what i'm going to do just yet.

And i know there are billions of people out there besides Joyce but, i don't want enyone else. She is the only one i want.

I just don't know what i'll do....

You'll talk to us about it either in threads or in PMs. I know, also, that there are suicide prevention hotlines. Someone on one of those hotlines is probably much more knowledgeable about solutions than I am. Sooner or later, though, you have to get yourself away from that environment, even if you continue to help Mom.

Dorothy, don't you DARE kill yourself.

Think about this... the funeral costs will only put your mom further behind, it will cause your mom more psychological damage than she already has suffered through, and you're doing a WONDERFUL thing by getting a job to help your mom with the bills. You are helping your mom, your 'son' and us a lot better by staying alive than by killing yourself.

You always have us to talk to. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Ever.

From the fact that I see you posting elsewhere, I hope it means you feel a little more upbeat, and that you know that you can always talk to us about problems. PM me any time you like, and we'll talk.

That's right. People need you. Your family needs you. And not only do they need you, they want to have you around. From what I can tell on the boards, you seem to be a wonderful person. A funny, nice, friendly, caring person and there are a lot of people out there who appreciate that.

Dorothy, you know I love ya. Don't kill yourself. I know it's hard for you probably harder than my life and also because basically the world of death could possibly just be as bad. Why do you think I'm still here? That and the fact that you've talked me out of it so many times. At least, Joyce is still alive for you. My sweetheart isn't. Except for her spirit and I believe in that.

I don't wanna lose you either. I care too much about you to lose you. Besides, who else would I talk about Liz with?

Who needs you? I NEED YOU!

and dorothy, my mom is making great money by being a bartender. the weekly check sucks, but tips are great. on a good night, she makes over $200.... But she's just a bartender, my sister used to strip, and made more, but i think bartending is easier and you still get good money... maybe ur mom could look for a bartending job, and if she already has one, it can't be a good bar... ~~ she works hard for the money, but it's good money and we get all that we need + the normal wants like computer with internet and cable (lol. actually, the cable is free. they accidentally turned it on to our house and forgot to turn in off, and they never send bills). i earn my own money from babysitting for other stuff like dvds and cds, though... and we used to be poor (living in a nasty trailer with ugly cloths and little to eat) so i'll now break into song (i can't on the computer, so just picture me singing to you 'you are not alone' by michael jackson ) and living in a motel couldn't be all too bad, as long as you don't go hungry.... i think it would be cool. free swimming pool! woohoo!

I think it means,

"u stay here to a point. until u live life to the fullest. until u live up to what u can be. until u have done what u came to live to do. until u r gtatful for ur life. until u respect god. ------ and if u whine and dont live life to the fullest then shame on u"

I think that is what it means. I think that all of you should respect life, and live it to the fullest. And if u do feal loney and unloved. Just remember, there is someone up there, that cares about u.

BTW, that was very well said, Littleputz114.

But I think it means that God doesn't want people who constantly complain with him in heaven. I guess not even God would want to put up with that!
