Cool

It's 2am and I had a cup of coffee at about midnight or 12:30am, and I'm totally buzzed...I'm not hungry because before that I had a plate of hash brownies...

I don't eat when I'm bored, only when I get cravings for something REALLY bad! I've been craving homemade nachos so bad the last couple of nights...We have onions but no cheese or corn chips. It's driving me absolutely insane!

I eat all night long even if I'm up at 5:30 in the morning. It's no wonder I'm not big as a hippo! And just think yesterday I only weighed 99lbs.

Actually at the current moment I'm craving for these foods (and no I'm not pregnant):

Grilled Chicken Caesar from the Wawa
Rice with Soy sauce
Shrimp Rolls
Chocolate cake
Pizza with half black olives and half pepporoni

I don't eat my first meal until dinner time, and then a lot of times I have "another dinner" pretty late. It's 1 o'clock now, and I plan on eating something soon.

Usually I don't snack though. I eat meals. And then I'll eat desserts--a lot of desserts in a small amount of time. I can eat a whole cake in a couple days or a dozen cookies in one day.

Wait until you hit your mid 30s. You'll get it. My case is typical of many people. When I was 17 years old, I weighed 125 and couldn't gain weight. Between then and the age of 19, my weight increased to 170. For many years, it didn't matter how much or little I ate, I always weighed 170. Around my early to mid 30s, my weight started to increase, and every year it took more and more effort to hold it down. Now I'm holding my weight to 190 with extreme difficulty, but if I ate anything remotely approaching what I want, I'd weigh 300. You can eat a lot and not gain because you're young. Yes, there are people who can do that all of their lives, but not very many.

I guess I'll live it up now while I can. Fortunately I have some relatives that have been able to maintain the same weight no matter what they eat, so I'll cross my fingers that I take after them. No matter what happens, I'll just enjoy now while I can. Knock on wood, I've always been able to eat small amounts for a long time or large amounts for a long time and stay the same LBs.

LOL, thanks Zelda: VICKI!!. Are you still hungry for nachos? You should get to the store and buy what you need before the craving passes you by!

I try not to eat after 7 (damn dance instructor enforced eating patterns...) but I definitly crave the chocolate around 10 or so.

Same with me. I think there's like, something wrong with me, I ate 2 double cheeseburgers from McDonalds and I still will have room for a big chocolate milkshake, and cheesefries and not get fat. But it's not like a sit down and watch tv all day either.....I do exercise a lot. I realy dont eat that often tho, it's just when I DO eat, I pig out lol. If I ever snack I'll snack on hot cheetoes or grapes.
