Silence of the Lambs confused me a LOT, maybe cos the volume was down and I could barely hear it, or maybe cos it was just CONFUSING in parts... my mom explained it to me though. Jodie Foster rocked in that movie *nods*

The one movie that I can remember at this moment that I could never grasp the plot or anything for that matter is Phase IV. It was a movie featured on Mystery Science Theater 3000 during the KTMA days. It had ants attacking a science lab but it never explains why or anything. The ending still leaves me scratching my head, too.

The Others really surprised me.. but it confused me for the first 5 minutes, then i kind of figured it out throughout the movie. I also didnt get "The Red Violin". LOL Probably never will. Oh well.

How was it confusing? Are you talking about Steven Spielberg's "Minority Report"? You couldn't be talking about that, because everything fit like a glove.

Unless you know of another movie called "Minority Report", then yes, I'm talking about the Spielberg movie.
What I think happened with me and that movie was that I found it so excruciatingly boring and ridiculous with the pre-cogs soaking in the water and whatever....I may have dozed off. Not really, but I zoned out and didn't even try to follow it because I didn't care what happened.
I saw it at the theater. What a butt-burner.

That explains it. Well, I kinda liked the movie. Spielberg is one of the best directors of the last 30 years, his movies are consistently good. I guess it's a matter of taste.

I agree that Spielberg is enormously talented. It is a matter of personal taste which explains the different reactions to Minority Report. Some of my friends loved it and some hated it.

Ok It wasn't a movie but the recent short-lived "Push, Nevada" confused the hell out of me and I think just about everybody who watched it which is why it was cancelled after only 6 episodes.

Also anything by David Lynch.

PS.Did anyone know that "Mulhouland Drive" was originally going to be a drama series for ABC? Just a bit of trivia....
