IIFC, they didn't realize the vehicle had been tampered with until several years after her vehicle was recovered. |

The Laura Bible and Ashley Freeman case is going to be showcased next Monday on Disappeared.
Their case has been showcased on Beth Holloway's Vanished as well. |

Molly Bish was also featured on Disappeared (the girl that was the life guard at a local lake and vanished).
I like it when the people featured on Disappeared turn out to be alive and just ditched their life. The episode on Michele Whittaker is my fave. There are many disappeared episodes on the forbidden site. Vanished with Bell Holloway is a good show, I like it. The was also an UM case that was on Cold Case Files, too. I forget the girl's name, but she disappeared driving from point A to point B, and they later found her car buried on the killer's lot beside his trailer. I think the Oba Chandler case was also on Cold Case Files. |

In addition to the Cold Case Files segment there was also a Forensic Files episode about Oba Chandler entitled "Water Logged". It's been a couple of years since I last saw it, however. The name of the woman featured in the UM segment you mentioned is Lisa Marie Kimmell. |

With in-depth profiles of Colleen Wood, Jodi Huisentruit, Bible and Freeman, Moses Law, season 5 of Disappeared is almost like having a new season of UM. That's why I really wish we could find out what happened with Disappeared.
Disappeared has disappeared. How ironic. Like when it rains on your wedding day? |

Not only has it disappeared, but it has random seasons on Netflix and Amazon Prime. I think they only make like two seasons available. Discovery ID does weird stuff like that with all of their streaming material--they only make certain episodes available. Frustrating.

Only some of the episodes are available to stream, sadly. I really want to view the Molly Bish and Rachel Cooke episodes but have been unable to find them in full.

regarding Michele Whitaker, I didn't like that episode too awfully much.
The mother seemed to blame Michele for the rape she suffered previously. Nobody came right out and said it, but it was alluded to several times and Michele had even stated that she didn't feel support from her mother after it happened. Heck, during the episode, the mom was even talking about how Michele had gotten herself in a 'bad situation' just before the rape occured, so it was obvious to me that she blamed her for it. The victim should never be blamed. I think that was primarily the reason Michele left and it certainly becomes more understandable WHY she left. I also get the impression she would have remained in hiding if she hadn't been found out. But, I thought Michele came off as a little dense. She stated she was shocked that everyone spent so much time and energy to find her. It was like she expected everyone to forget she even existed. Of course people are going to try and find her. Her comments made her seem dense. In any event, it seemed like they were reconciling at the end of the episode. I hope they were able to work things out, they definitely need some repair in that relationship. |

It's probably my 'favorite' late UM case. (see my avatar) My sister is about a months difference in age from Molly Bish and looks alot like her so Bish's case has always stuck out to me. |

For those that have seen it, what was the one (I think in Ohio) where the girl's car was found abandoned back into a boarded up house? THAT is the kind of case that would be perfect for a reborn UM episode.
EDIT: NM, it was in Vermont and the missing person's name was Brianna Maitland. What a creepy case. |
