What about "Police Squad". What are you guys feeling on that. It was a great show though it lasted only 6 episodes. Some shows that only lasted one season have been in syndication though they have all lasted longer than 6 episodes.

See, syndication is kinda a funny thing. Darhma and Greg I never really watched while it was one, but since Iv been too lazy to change the channel after The Simpsons and I have really started to like it. Anywho back to the point. I dont think ratings are a good indication of wether or not a show should be syndicated. With syndication a network can put different shows on and maybe hit gold (saved by the bell or brady bunch) with a generally low ratings show and not have to pay, wheres if they fail its no real major expense now to do this you need many options, thats why you should put in several different types of shows into syndication.

Tell me if im not making any sense

I got news for you just because you don't like a show doesn't mean it shouldn't be in syndication. I don't like the Hughleys but I still think it should be able to go into syndication.

I agree, 100% W&G Fan. The Hughleys was okay, but never a fave of mine.

The early years of Dharma & Greg were hilarious, the last two were abysmal.

I agree that some shows are too quick to go into syndication. Every year there's at least 4 or 5 new shows in syndication. What happens is the shows you already love in syndication can be affected and pushed into a much crappier time slot because of it.
