I won't be watching the all day news either. I just do not want to live through it again. I don't like the way they are doing all day coverage either. In my opinion, the media doesn't give a damn about it anymore-they just want to plug the channel. It really does make me sick. I'll just stick with tvland tomorrow, if I want to watch tv.

Why beat us over the head with the things that happened? It happened, we saw it, we don't need to see it again. Why bother showing it? It's not like the VMA's...something you wanna see over and over again. There's too much ***** going on already...why go and depress us? It's awful, the whole thing. We need to remember the heroes, and the ppl in the building. Tributes to them would be much more worthwhile then seeing them jump out of the buildings, trying to get away, suffering like that. That's my opinion. Just mine.
God Bless America...protect us this year from such horrid events!

It's a day of remembrance. I think a day to pay tribute to the victims is appropriate, for the first year anniversary anyway. I wish they wouldn't show the WTC under attack, but perhaps we need to see it. I think after the anniversary, media coverage will taper off. It was slowing down, but started up again as 9/11 approached.
