OMG, I just remembered a funny one! This one bas been stuck in my mind all day and I keep giggling every time I think about it... It's the episode "Mama Learns to Drive", right after Mama asks, "What the hell's a PRNDL?" and after Fran explains everything, she goes, "Okay. Hang on to your ta-tas, Frannie!"

The Wedding episodes- Loved Eunice's drunken spectacle

The one where Mama gets hit with a pot by Naomi, Ellen and Eunice

The one where Mama works at the Food Circus, much to Naomi's dismay

The one where Vint and Naomi go to the hotel and Mama ruins their evening by showing up there- Loved teh part where Mama was watching the porn on TV

The Grandma USA episode

The one where Bubba and Vint and Naomi switch rooms

The answereing machine episode- "It's your Dime, Spill it"

The Episode where Mama tries to save her house from the wrecking ball

The APPPRIL FOOL's Day Episode

The Thanksgiving Day Episode

The Christmas Goose Episode- Goose, Goose, Goose!

The Casanova book episode

The Bone Crusher Wrestling episode

The Episode with the annoying Parrot- "AWK, It sure is a Full Moon Tonight!"

Bubba's Home Movie episode

The One where Thelma looks after the Reverend's kid- I like how she said "That boy needs a swat team because he definietely needs a good swat!"

The episode where Naomi has a baby in the trailer.

LOL! The "wrecking ball" episode was actually written by Beverly Archer, who played Iola. It surprised me that she didn't write herself a bigger part in it though...

She also wrote a pretty funny episode of ALF, and guest appeared on that show a few times...

Anyone know what she's up to these days?

My favorite Mamas Family episodes are when Bubba tapes the family

Iola and Mama argue over the flower (Iola called it the Boylen Beauty, Mama called it Princess Thelma)

Mama and Iola compete for the leader of the CLL

Iola accuses Bubba of stealing her pearls ( Mama said Bubba didn't steal yous pearls but whoever did did you a big favor because all they did was attract attention to that geeky pencil neck of yours!!)

Naomi and Vint's wedding is another one. I have many Iepisodes just thought that I'd mention a few.

PS I love this website. The smiley faces are rally cool.

I love almost all of the syndicated episodes, however these are my very favorites:

The adoption agency one

McRays Burger Stand --"Of course we got eggs, what do you think we're putting in the damn blankets!!"

Ellen in the Hospital

The one where Bubba tapes the family with a shorted camera.

The one where Mama becomes the radio consumer advocate

The Wedding

Eunice and Mama in jail

Mama Driving

Ellen and the Younger Man ''Trout Manure"

The one when Mama gets all the Church ladies drunk

Mama vs. Iola for President

The one when Bubba gets drunk and they flash back to when young Eunice embarrassed Mama at the Mother's Day Banquet

The one when Ellen is being honored at the Country Club and the family gets an invitation to come.

Well now since I've listed off so many... I guess I can say that I love them all!! (especially all of the syndicated ones!!)

I also like the episodes where the cast members play different characters like in the one with the dream sequence when Iola imagines herself as a Naomi -type being married to Vint and Naomi playing the Iola-type. That was so funny! Also Mama playing herself when she is younger(in several) and also playing cousin Lydia.Vint played his father in one episode too!

I like the one called its your dime spill it. That is where Vint and Naomi find a stray dog and they call the dog old lady. The expression on Momma's face when they said they were taking the old lady in for her shots, or when they said they were sending her to an old folks home, lol. Then everyone pretended they did not hear a dog barking.
