I liked the happy ending for Fran and Max with the babies and all, but thought the Niles and CC stuff was pushing it. Them getting together was fine, I guess. But them getting married? Pushing it. Them having a baby? Totally pushing it. I love CC and I love Niles, but that was a bit much. I was never really happening with that.

I know why they did it ...what with the show ending abruptly and all...but I was never crazy about it.

I liked the way it ended (especially Niles & C.C.)!!! Then again i wish they would hav done more like what ImKukie said:

Quote:
The ending was perfect HOWEVER because of the events that took place, they could have (& should have) created a WHOLE new series based in CA. It could no longer be THE NANNY because Fran no longer was but with C.C. & Niles now married w/ a child on the way, Brighton backpacking through europe, Maggie Married to the Model, Gracie who was once the baby is now the big sister & the eldest in the house & then there is Fran & Max w/ the twins, now living in CA & Max's new career there is just a ton of new material & we already know the chemistry is there & the comedic timing is right on the mark, how could it fail. Its a missed oppertonity that in my opinon based on the responses of the cast members to the ending of the series would have been a welcome chance for them to continue working together.

I liked the ending, but I didn't feel like it was done. The ending was perfect for someday to plan a reunion.

I loved the ending. I saw it when it originally aired, and then I saw it again on Lifetime and I cried my eyes out lol. It ended perfectly.

I liked the finale with Fran and Max having their twins and Niles and C.C. getting married and finding out they were gonna be parents but I would have loved to have seen it go another season or two. Only because I really wanted to see Niles and C.C. attempt marriage and parenthood. That would have been so funny. Especially since their final scene was C.C. telling Niles to say out of her luggage because she doesn't like her underwear ironed and folded.

Well, I would have liked a spin-off based in California too, but I guess they just couldn't do the show anymore. They were probably running out of ideas after Max and Fran had gotten married. But then, it was just stupid to have the same actors playing a divorced couple in another sitcom. I would surely have preferred a few seasons of a spin-off to that!

Another season or two would have been nice. They could have had some very funny episodes with Niles & CiCi. Also the Nanny in California could have been like Lucy in California. It could have been hilarious.

The finish is beautiful just as it is!

ending with the 5th season would have been more fabulous (the classic "all lived happily ever after).

but the 6th I liked a lot!

so we were able to deepen Maxwell and Fran after marriage.

would be interesting to deepen the 7th season even marriage between Niles & CC and the success of Maxwell in California!

but so too was likely to exit from the original context? maybe it's better so ... it ended with the 6th season!

and then what's wrong with the pictures with your imagination what happened after the 6th?

I think it ended well. I really like the finale and watch it a lot. CC and Niles getting together is really cute and I just think that it was a great way to end it with Fran having the twins and everything.

I'm hoping People still.visit this one.

I would have loved a spin off to see how they got on in california. It would have been interesting to see them juggling twins,.Grace.getting older ,fean trying.to fit in with the ladies of Beverly hills and Max producing a TV show. They could have changed the name to life with fran or something like married to the boss or.married to the nanny.

I really want a sequel more than a reboot with a new.cast
