ok here's more..but before i post i was watching the division "what sharp teeth you have" like 10 mins ago and jinny was telling teddy about the guy who mugged him. and she mentioned agg assault...i thought of you susan..LOL.
Ok..here's more.

Jinny is running to the bathroom.
She remembers the last time she ran to the bathroom crying. They had just taken her mom away in a black body bag.
Jinny to herself:No don't think about that.

*she cries for about 5 mins*
Jinny to herself:SO that's why he was so calm. but I guess I'm happy for him. C'mon Jin you didn't really think you'd end up w/ him. You never get what you want. I'll call him tomorrow and tell him.

Jinny walks out and goes to her desk.
Mag:Jinny. you ok ?
Jin:Yeah I think I am. Thanx.
Mag:Listen if you want to talk.
Jin:Mag please. how long you gonna be like this ?
Mag:Like what ?
Jin:Like whenever something happens you immediately think I'm gonna go out and get wasted.
Mag:i dunno..i can't help it. I just don't want to lose you as a partner or friend.
Jin:Ok.
Mag:So you wanna go to dinner ? Anchorside ? See I'm not even worried !
Both Jinny and Magda laugh.
Jin:Thanx but I think I'm just gonna get a quiet night's sleep.

It's now one week later. Jinny and Magda have not gotten far in their case and they don't have any evidence to prove that Mr.Kernel killed his daughter. teddy and jinny had been spending a lot of time at work together and his fiance was not to happy about it.

In Teddy's apartment
teddy:What ?
Jess:You're alwasy w/ her. That Jinny.
Teddy:Jinny ?
Jess:Yeah the slutaholic. (combo of slut and alcoholic ! thank you. thank you..lol)
Teddy didn't like hearing what she was saying, sure it was true and he knew it yet he didn't appreciate it.
Teddy:You have no right to say that.
Jess:God why ARE you always w/ her. are you cheating on me or something ?
Teddy:Jess, I love you. I want to marry you. Jinny and I are over. Finishdo ! I love you and only you. I gotta go I'm gonna be later for work.
Jessk...see you at anchorside for dinner.
Teddy:Bye love you. *gives her a kiss on the cheek*
Jess:Right back at ya babe.

Teddy arives at the division. by now he and jinny were feeling more comfortable around each other. But teddy was afraid that it was too comfortable. He knew Jinny.
Teddy to himself:But she's changed.

Jinny:Hey teddy-o ! What's up ?
Teddy:Well you're ina good mood. What's up ?
Jin:Well I think the captain is finally accepting the fact that I am not leaving. All is good ! Go me !
Teddy laughs. Ok..so uh where's magda ?

Magda walks in.
Mag:Hey. Omg !
Jin:WHAT ?!
Mag:You're here before me. How can that be ?
They all laugh.
Mag:So what did you get ?
Jin:I didn't get any.
Mag:You know that's not what I meant.
Jin:*laughs* Sorry..i couldn't turn the opportunity down. Ok well her friends say her father never let her go out. and that she came to school w/ bruises, claming she walked into a door.
Mag either her father hit her or...
Jinr she as blind as a 500 year old person.
Mag:yeah..well we've got enough to convict him of the rape but the murder.
Teddy:If he raped her killing her must have been the only option for him.
Jin:yeah he's right....kill her so she wouldn't tell.
Mag:God.

Ok so now it's night time.

magda has gone home because gabriel called and told her ben had a fever.
Jin:So..what are you up to tonight ?
Teddyinner w/ jess.
Jin:Ohh....

They start walking over there because jinny was supposed to meet her dad there. Little did she knew that it would be a life altering after just 30 minutes......

LOL...ok you convinced me to post more ! here goes.....

Jinny and Teddy walked into anchorside. Jess immediately saw them
Jess:God, why does she always have to be here. I'd say she takes about 10 mins before she gets completely drunk.
Teddy:Hey !
Jess:hey. Hello (to jinny)
Jin:hey. Well see ya tomorrow.

Jinny to herself:god she hates me. thinks i'm stealing teddy from her. whatever. Mm..he's cute ! (looks at a guy that's passing by* No jin. contol thy self. good girl. geez where's dad. he said he'd be here at 8 it's 8:30! well I'll go wait outside.

Jinny waits outside for about 45 mins.
Jinny to herself:god i hope nothing happened. jin! don't think like that. he probably stopped on the way to get some cigarrettes. yeah that's it.

Finally after waiting for an hour Jinny gives up and goes across the street to the pay phone w/-out realizing that there was one back in the bar.

Jinny was walking across the street when suddenly this car came towards her at high speed. she saw the face. it looked familiar. like....the car hit her and knocked her on the ground.

Teddy was just walking outta anchorside when this happened.

teddy:JINNY ! MY GOD ! someone call 9-1-1.
jess:teddy leave her. someone'll call. let's just go.
Teddy:GO ? GO ? i'm not going to leave her there. she could be dying.

Teddy rushes to the middle of the street. by now the car had been long gone.

Teddymeone call 9-1-1 damn it !

A woman calls.

They take Jinny away in an ambulance. BY now she's lost a lot of blood and Teddy didn't know what to do. he called magda and told her everything.

Mag:MY god. I'll be rigth there.

Teddy gets off the phone.

teddy:Jes I'm gonna go to the hospital.
Jess:Jesus christ ! damn you. she's fine ! let's go.
Teddy:you don't know that. I'm going to the hospital and you can't change my mind.

Jess storms off.

In the hospital. Magda comes running through the doors.
she runs to teddy.

Magmg ! is she ok ?
Teddy:i dunno. she's been in there for 2 hours mag !
Mag:well I've got to tell her this when she gets out. if she gets out. god please let her be okay.
Teddy:Mag what's wrong.
Mag:well a woman got the license plate off the car and we tracked it down. the guy was drunk and he ran over a cliff. He was very drunk.
Teddy:Is there something else ?
Mag:yeah..but I think Jinny should be the first to hear it.

I know, I know i promised myself I would never hurt Jinny in my fanfic but there was no other way to do this. i'll post more ina couple of mins..give my fingers a rest ! hope you like it !

As I was reading this, I thought to myself, "can this get any better", but unfortunately I can't answer my own question unless you post more.... but what if you don't... well then i won't be able to sleep, i'll get bad grades, not get accepted to any colleges, and live in a cardboard box the rest of my life WITHOUT the division... do you really want to do that to me?? So you should definately post more ASAP!!!

Casey walks in with John.
Casey:Hey Mag, teddy. IS she alright ?
Mag:We don't know.
John:She got drunk right ? I knew she'd die this way.
Teddy:She wasn't drunk.
John:Oh yeah adn how do you know that ? *gets in his face*
Casey:Hey John ! Cool it.
John:Hey don't you tell me what to do you queer.
Mag:Alright that's enough ! Jinny is in the er. Damn it. Can you stop your bickering for one moment. And there's something you should know.
John and Casey:what ?

Just then the cap and cd and nate walk through the doors.

Cap:I came as soon as I heard. She alright ?
Nate:What happened ?
CD:MAGDA ?!?

Mag:She got hit by a car. The driver was driving drunk.
Cap:My god.
Mag:She's still in there. I dunno what to do to keep me from going insane.

2 hours later.....

Doctor:Are you guys here for Ms.Exstead ?
Everybody:yeah..that's us.
Doctor:Where's her father ?
John:I paged him he should be here any minute.
Magda clears her throat.
Doctork..the car hit her w/ a strong impact. you're lucky she's alvie. She has some bruises but they'll be gone in a few days. She's lost a lot of blood. But she'll be alright. She has to stay here for 2 weeks. You can go and see her now.
Everybody:thanx.

Mag:Can we all go in at the same time ?
Everybody:sure.

They walk into Jinny's room and everyone hugs her.

Jinny:John you came ?!
John:Heck ya you're my sis.
Jinny laughs.
Jinny:So uh when do I get outta here ? Where Dad ? filling some forms or something ?
Casey:He's not here yet.
Jin:WHAT ?!? He was supposed to meet me for dinner but he nver show'd...that's why I went across the street...to call him.
Cd:Wasn't there one in the bar ?
Jin:Yeah..I I guess...I didn't think about it at the time..I
Magda cuts her off

Mag:Jin there's somthing you should know. *she has a serious look on her face*
Jin:WHAT ? MAG ?
Magda:Jinny, the driver, well some lady got the license plate off his car....
Jin:Great now we can get the damn bastard.
Mag:Jinny, the driver was.........your dad. I'm sorry.
Casey adn John look shocked.
Jinny: WHAT ?!?!? WAIT...WHAT DO YOU MEAN WAS ??!??!?!?! WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED ? IS HE ALRIGHT ? MAGDA IF THIS IS YOUR WAY TO BRIGHTEN THE MOOD..I SWEAR.
Mag:It's not. Jinny I'm sorry. He was drunk he ran over a cliff and bled to death. If he hadn't bled to death there were many other factors that would've killed him.
Casey:Are you serious ?
Jinad's gone ?
John Casey and Jinny all hug each other. Jinny still cannot believe this is happening. First her mother and now her father.

Magda, Teddy, Kate, CD, and Nate look at the family hugging each other for comfort.

ok you guys I'm back !!!! so here's more...I don't know how to make it any moer interesting..here goes.....


John Sr.'s Funeral......
Jinny was the first one at the church. She saw the coffin. They were not able to have an open casket because of the accident and the damage it had done. Jinny kept thinking that it would look exactly like her mom's head....

Jinny walks up to the coffin and starts talking.
Jinnyad. Why ? why ? You know better to drink and drive. Was it my fault ? Because of that dinner you never showed up to ? Did you have something to hide ? you think this might bring you closer to mom ? or bring us closer ? I almost died. Damn you. Why did you lave me....Why ?

By now Jinny is crying very hard and cannot control herself.

Casey walks through the door and sees Jinny down by their father's coffin.

Casey runs towards her.

Casey:jin. Jinny. It's ok.
They hug.

After 20 minutes people start arriving. John Jr. has just entered the church. He goes and hugs Jinny, shakes hands with Casey and then sits down.

.......ok the services are over and they are burrying him.....


Jinny sees the coffin being lowered into the ground. She saw her father's face in her mind. And all of a sudden a flashback hit her. Her mom's funeral. They were burrying her. Jinny started feeling sick. Not because she was remembering her mom's head with all the blood. She grabbed out for Casey.

Casey:jin, what's wrong ?
Jin:i uh..uh...

Suddenly Jinny fainted.

ok..sorry i haven't been writing....with the premier of the division and all...lol....ok..so here's more. i dunno if it's interesting enough lol..i mean after sunday's epsiode and all doing a story like this seems...i dunno. just weird..lol. but i'm coming up w/ some ideas on a new fan fic so i will finish this either tomorrow or thursday. whichever...so here's more ! enjoy !


Casey:OMG ! JINNY ! *slaps jinny in the face*
Magda runs over.
Mag:I saw the whole thing she ok ?
Jinny starts to wake up.

Magda goes back to her seat where teddy and everyone else from the division is.

Teddy:She ok ?
Mag doesn't notice she's been asked a question.
Teddy:magda ?
Mag:WHat ? oh uhh...yeah she's fine.

Everyone's worried expressions go away.

The funeral is over....

Casey:Jinny, i know this is hard on you. it's hard on all of us. but *gets cut off*
Jinny:He died cuz of me. If i didn't tell him to meet me for the dinner... this never would've..
Casey:NO ! Jinny. he was stupid. he made the mistake of driking and driving and got 2 people hurt. he has to live w/ that.
Jinny:Yeah..i don't exactly see him living casey. you know what i'm sorry.
John Jr. comes up to them
JohnJr:hey guys. think we should say something.
Jinnyh yeah like the funeral wasn't enough.
Casey:jinny..
Jinny:NO ! It's not fair first mom and now dad. i mean look at us..you , john and me, that's all we have. you two can't be in a oom for 10 seconds without John Jr. make a crack about you being gay.
JohnJr:Jinny you know what ? don't bring that into this. ok. this is NOT the time.

Jinny starts yelling loud enough for everybody to hear. They weren't very far away. they were about to give them their condolneces and sympathies.

JinnyAMN YOU JOHN! SHUT UP ! CAN YOU LIVE THAT ALONE FOR 5 DAMN SECONDS ! MOM IS DEAD. DAD IS TOO. OK ? THIS IS ALL THAT'S LEFT. UNLESS YOU PLAN ON KILLING ME AND CASEY OFF YOU BETTER LIVE WITH IT. I'M OUTTA HERE.

BUt it's too late. Jinny hugs casey and runs to her car..crying. She starts driving. She's going really fast, about 80 mph. She passes Anchorside and decides to go have something to eat.

She gets out of the car and looks at the middle of the street where she was hit. By her dad.

Jinny walks into Anchorside.

Jinny to herself:It's just one drink. One drink. C'mon if I've been sober for like 90 days or whatver the hell it's been I can certainly handle one ity bitty drink.

Jinny to the bartender:Beer..draft.

After Jinny's had her like 15th drink she starts thinking.

Jinny to herself:You know Jinnygirl..*laughs* what dad used to call me...i'm glad you decided to have a few good ol drinks. God I miss this. *looks at a really hot guy who looks like he would be good* MMM ! you can say that again.

She and the guy's eyes meet and they start walking off together. Jinny already knows how this night is going to end but at this point nothing can get worse...or can it ??
