If you look carefully while watching The Middle you can see the Stephens house during exterior scenes.

you can also see it in the background in a couple of "I DREAM OF JEANNIE" episodes.

Also, in the movie "THE COMIC" w/Dick Van Dyke you can see it in the background in one scene.
