Now that Wayne Allwine passed away, his wife Russi Taylor should retire from the role of Minnie Mouse so it can be given to a younger actress. The role of Mickey Mouse was given to Bret Iwan.

That's good that Iwan now provides the voice for Mickey.

Whoa, my eyes played tricks on me. I saw "Wayne ... passed away". I also saw Lulu Rogers was the thread starter. I got a lump in my throat thinking it said "Wayne Rogers Passed Away!!!"

I'm glad I just read that wrong, although I'm sorry to hear of Mr. Allwine's passing.
