so here we go heres a little more for yea!

(jinny gets shot in the stomach and then knocks her head on the ground really hard and because of everything that happened to her she became unconious and right after the shot the man flees...)
M: CD and Angela you contact police about what just happened and get as much information bout the mall and i will call 911
CD+A: ok were on it...hey wait who made you captain..ummm nevermind
(At the Hospital everyone is worrided and the captain rushes in)
K: what happened and is she alright?
CD: a man was about to shot at Magda and jinny saw what was about to happened and she dove in front because Magda didnt know what was about to happen cuz her back was turned...and we havent heard anything?
K: well has anyone contacted her family...or any one else who she may be close with
M: Theodore...
K: Theodore? who is Theodore? this wouldnt happen to be the ADA Theodore who got mobbed and Jinny was on his case...
CD: yep I am preety sure thats the same one
K: i knew i should have never given her that case..but ok Madga go contact him...
(( a few hours later after Teddy, Casey, John and her father had arrived the doctors came out))
DOC: Exstead?
C: how bad is it doc?
DOC: we cant really say right now, she lost massive amount of blood, and she needs to have her stomach pumped because of a large amount of alchohal was found...this just makes the whole situation complacated. Once she has her stomach pumped she will be have surgey~
K: thank you docotor
C: god...please take care of my sister?
(jinnys father sorta pats caseys back but not really)
K: do you mind me asking why she had a large amount of alchohal found?
(Magda, CD, and Angela was speechless)
K: how many beers did she have?

K: and you let her drink them?? do you ever think to realize that she might be having more then 3 because before she picked you up she could of had a drink or two...What were you thinking?

K: Casey I really do not think that you have anything to do with this so just keep out!
C: shes my sister and I have ever right and if i do not say so this is already a hard enough situation without you placing blame on anyone

C: yep he said that she had her stomach pumped and that she just got out of surgey and she should be wakeing up some time soon so we can fo visit her..
