You'd be a fool. Howard's presence made Sirius subscriptions RISE! It is all abt money. $$$$$$$ I had XM radio in my car but switched over to Sirius only because of Howard. Sirius had some great offers as well, which made it easy for those who never had satellite radio before.

Dolly is such a sweetheart and anyone who knows her knows she would never say the things that we heard in that edited clip. People who believe that crap are the same people who believe that 9/11 was a hoax.

Well, i think Howard is just one more example of the decay of our civilisation, he does no one any good, and hurts many people, in the name of "comedy" (Even though, hes only funny to the insensitive and mean-spirited)

Well, he is hardly the first to do what he does. He just happens to have been more popular with what he does and his earnings and ratings prove that. What he does and says on the air is for entertainment. Not everyone likes him, that is true. I can't argue that. I think there are far more people on radio who say far worse things and actually take that kind of talk into their private lives.

I actually seen a website that does that very thing (make audio clips of famous people talking, saying lewd and crude things).

I totally understand your feelings, I really do. I am merely saying there doesn't seem to be a legal ground for Dolly to stand on. I have not been happy with a lot of things Howard has said. I like his show, just don't always agree with everything.

You may be right on a legal standpoint, but, hopefully, they will find a way to indict him and take his show off the air, permanently...no great loss!

I support censoring things that are hurtful, in some cases, such as the anti-hate laws here in Canada, where Nazis CAN'T just spout their garbage, for instance, and I believe that Stern spouts a lot of hurtful garbage also.
