Annball, in the seinfeld episode I think the bet was for who can resist temptation the longest or it was who could go the longest without self-discriminating. I don't think I'm helping you out very much.

Family Matters - Eddie and Steve were gambling at a casino in one episode, and in another episode they gambled in a pool hall.

I loved both of these episodes, especially Klugman and Winters. Klugman seemed to be on a lot of the best Twilight Zone episodes.

there are numerous Hogan's Heroes episodes where Sgt Schultz can be heard bellowing "no gambling in the barracks" or something similiar. There is one episode I can think of that actually had a gambling theme. Hogan set up a Monte Carlo night so that they could raise money for the "Winter relief fund" that klink was in charge of. (actually, the real reason was so hogan could create a diversion and swap out a top secret airplane part that a nazi was carrying in his briefcase)

"M*A*S*H" had many episodes that featured gambling.
While they mostly played poker (my favorite episode "Deal Me Out" was about an all night poker game), the gang at the 4077th played craps, bet on the Kentucky Derby, a ping pong tournament, football, baseball, mouse races, bowling, bridge, boxing, a road race ran by Father Mulcahy, and they also bet on whether an enemy bomber plane would hit thier ammo dump whenever he attacked the camp.
