1960....what....................look I was 9 years old when the show started its run in 1977, was a religious watched of the show from start to finish. Now if your implying that a 9 year old didn't have a good memory 30 years ago , well

Seriously, if your between 38-40 that's prob the min age you would have to been to remember the program for its entire run. I be honest with you, changes always happen on TV shows, if you like the show , you go with the flow.....Bottom line I watched the show cause of John Ritter.

I'm 44, lol. I was around 13 in the sping of '77. I remember the first show and thought it was hilarious, the second season got even funnier. My parents liked the show too. I even remember when Too Close For Comfort was going to make it's debut right after Three's Company. I remember the promo with John Ritter and Ted Knight, Ted said something to the effect of "We're on following you and we're funny". And John Said, "You better be".

I dont think it matters what age a person is as long as they can appreciate the show for what its worth.. We all have a favorite character, episode but we all can appreciate the fact that the show is one of the best comedies in history...

oh and rest in peace dean travers... i know he died a couple of yeard ago but he died at the hosptial the next town where im from

Now that's what I like. Great Post. 44 is a good age. I prefer 44 to be the mininum, 44 and higher. No one in their 30's

What diff does age matter when speaking to them concerning a subject you are both familiar with. Kind of like saying you have to be 22 currently to remember 9/11 cause if your 16 you were only 10 in 2001, and you can't poss remember any details. That's the same type of backward thinking Bobby Clarke had to the new NHL- and look how good the flyers are doing now- dead last in the league..........happy trails Legion of Doom.

What the @#$%%#$ are you talking about. We weren't talking about a 20 year old being more credible tha a 10 year old. Memory is memory. Oviously you don't much memory prior to being age 16. So all of us on this forum shouldn't waste anymore time with you....you need to go back and study what you forgot about prior to age 16. Maybe then you can give us some sensible responses.
