I remember in 6th grade when our class went to the Health Museum in Cleveland to have "the talk". Of course, they split up the boys and the girls. My mom actually went along as a chaperone! I remember they showed us girls those cheesy 8mm films that looked like they were made in the '70s.

Does anyone else remember those cheesy After School Specials they would show the kids in health class? Some of those specials were so hokey and cheesy we were all in hysterics. The teachers weren't too pleased...

I was in middle school and they just showed up slides and pictures of different dieases, and we got a chance to ask lots of questions.
