My guess is the "right on" response is just a audience member who felt preached to..

The problem was pointed out by the kid who was basically saying that it was a bigger issue than just a couple of punks pushing dope.

It was basically a cry out from the audience member that the source needs to be looked at.

That said it did seem inappropriate.
