Remaining unaired episodes will air Saturdays 8-9p.m. E/P starting July 12 on NBC. I believe 11 are still on the shelf.

NBC must be desperate to get those episdoes aired putting it on Saturday Night, to my knowledge, NBC has not aired a comedy on Saturday Night since Empty Nest ended its run in 1995???

Does anyone know if this is the first comedy run on NBC on Saturdays since 1995???

Actually they haven't done that since 1997 when The John Larroquette Show ended it's run.

Just Shoot Me canned for good now after only two Saturday airings; the remaining 7 episodes will probably air on locals in syndication:

As if the past season of "Just Shoot Me" couldn't get any worse, NBC has quietly pulled its Saturday airings of the final batch of episodes of the comedy.

In its place this Saturday, the Peacock has scheduled an encore of its new reality series "The Restaurant." The following week NBC has slated a repeat of its November special "Faith Hill: When the Lights Go Down." The network hopes the move will improve the abysmal 0.9 average rating in adults 18-49 "Shoot" has averaged there since taking over the slot on July 12.

The news leaves seven episodes of the canceled series still in the can. The Peacock had originally planned to burn off all 11 installments left over from the regular season this summer.

Fans of the series will likely have to wait until the 2004-05 season to see the unaired episodes as part of the show's syndicated run.

After an equally weak showing by its replacement, NBC will go back to burning off episodes of its canceled comedy "Just Shoot Me" on Saturday nights.

The Peacock subbed an encore of its new reality series "The Restaurant" into "Shoot's" Saturday, 8:00/7:00c slot over the weekend where it managed a pathetic 1.8 rating and 4 share in households and a 1.0 average rating in adults 18-49 according to fast national data. That's about on par with "Shoot's" two episode average on July 12 (households: 2.0/5, adults 18-49: 0.9).

NBC had planned on running a repeat of its November special "Faith Hill: When the Lights Go Down" this Saturday but will instead resume its burn-off schedule for "Just Shoot Me."

In total, seven episodes of "Shoot" have yet to air.
