I'd have to say Debi Mazar's 'Liz Tricolli' character and Hal's replacement...Val. They both came in when the show was in the process of going downhill. I feel if they left the original cast, Working would still be on today.

They were all horrible; I HATED this show! Thank God they took it off of the USA Laughternoon!
