I loved Susan with them both, but I thought that Oliver was the perfect guy, he was sweet, kind, loving, intelligent, and gorgeous!! What do you think?

I just couldn't see Susan and Jack together. Susan and Oliver make a much better couple. Luis and Maddy made a cute couple.

Luis and Maddy were perfect for each other, and the show really suffered when she left, as did Luis's character. They didn't really develop him any more in the last season. They really focused on Oliver and Susan, and I primarily watch it for the development in their relationship.
