Lets get Trapper John,M.D. the classic sequel series to M*A*S*H on Tv Land. How could they go without it? It followed Trapper John after he left Korea and came back to the U.S.
He was head of surgery at a San Francisco Hospital and he always clashed with the annoying Doctor Riverside, who owed his position to his Father who owned the Hospital, not to his surgical skills! Also there was the funny Gonzo( Greggory Harrison)
