Who's your least favorite character?

Unquestionably Singh, the Indian cab driver. After a somewhat funny one-time appearance, the writers made a transparent attempt to turn him into an audience favorite, and wrote him into many more season one episodes. Unfortunately, he was not well-developed enough of a character to withstand a recurring role. In fact, he was little more than a stereotype, and he become more and more irritating every time he appeared.

Honorable mention goes to the "wacky neighbor" characters thrown in during season four. The one played by Jeffrey Ross, the tall conspiracy-theory guy, etc. They were just stupid.
