Julio's mother cooking Puerto Rican dish Mofongo
In the episode (Fuentes, Fuentes, Sanford & Chico) where Fred go to stay at the flop house, Lamont tell Julio's mother to cook Porte Rican national dish Mofongo in his kitchen to mess up all the pot. As to make Fred mad and make him come back home. Didn't know it, but a Porte Rican dish named Mofongo dish does really exist. Its a dish made with fried smashed plantains made into a ball and served with pork, shrimp or chicken. Its a fusion of African, Porto Rican and Spanish food culture
