Final scores for games of January 10th 1991:

In the Atlantic division, Boston and Philadelphia were battling it out for a while but now Boston has opened up a bit of a lead. The Central division is pretty much a runaway for the Bulls as they have a fairly comfortable 1st place lead over Milwaukee. The other five teams in the division are below .500. 8 games scheduled for tomorrow. |

When I first started this computer replay, I knew the Bulls would be good but I didn't expect them to be THIS good, through 36 games their record is 32-4, this puts them on pace to finish the season with 72 or 73 wins, compared to the 61 wins of the actual team.
Boston seems to be the Bulls main competition in the East conference. In the West, the Bulls main competition is probably the Lakers. |

In the Midwest division, Utah and Houston are battling it out for 1st place, San Antonio has fallen a few games behind.
In the Pacific division, the Lakers have opened up a 3-game lead over Phoenix and Portland. Denver is performing better than expected, the actual team won just 20 games but the computer team is currently on pace to win between 25 and 30 games. Charlotte currently has the worst record with just 6 wins so far. |

Final scores for games of January 18th 1991:
New Jersey 83 at Boston 138 Golden State 129 at Philadelphia 144 New York 104 at Miami 91 Chicago 116 at Atlanta 96 Utah 99 at Cleveland 102 Orlando 99 at Milwaukee 123 LA Clippers 121 at Dallas 132 Charlotte 93 at San Antonio 105 Detroit 113 at Phoenix 129 Seattle 111 at LA Lakers 113 Washington 93 at Portland 125 Boston has yet to lose a home game and is playing near .500 on the road. If I had to predict which team would win the Midwest division, I'd probably pick Houston. A close battle, but Houston just seems to have that little bit of an edge over Utah and San Antonio. Will see where everything stands at seasons end. Detroit still has to be the most disappointing team in this computer replay. The actual team finished with 50 wins, but the computer team is on pace to LOSE 50 games at the rate they're going. Atlanta and Indiana are underperforming also. Milwaukee is a distant 2nd place in the Central division, 9 1/2 games behind the raging Bulls. 9 games scheduled for tomorrow. |
