The Doors, Chicago Transit Authority and Meet the Beatles--stand out in my mind.

Also, Elvis's Golden Records (I don't know if this was a debut album, because the title of it seems 'after the fact'.) However, this was the first 33rpm lp that we owned, and as I recall, very popular.

Both of thier 2nd albums suck compared to the first!

P.S. A debut album was the only album that came from Shane Minor, an album that I played constantly back in the day. I may still have the receipt to it. I love it that much. Why things didn't take off better for him in 1999, I have no idea.
