Rent-A Center Commercial with Willie Tyler and Lester
If you were a watcher of The ABC Weekend Special in the 1980's chances are you might remember Willie Tyler and his puppet friend Lester. In 1988 Willie Tyler and Lester appeared in a commercial for Rent-A Center and the commercial featured Willie Tyler and Lester trying to rent new furniture from Rent-A Center and this commercial is so funny. This was the only Rent-A Center commercial Willie Tyler and Lester appeared in but they made this commercial a fun treat to see. My parents tried out Rent-A Center once when I was a baby when they tried to rent a television and it never worked but that was the only time my parents tried out Rent-A Center. I wonder what happened to Willie Tyler and Lester and what's the story behind this commercial?

Hi Hawkee I remember Willie Tyler and his puppet friend Lester! They were very funny. They used to g on variety shows too. Thanks for reminding me.
