You aren't getting boundaries. From the posts I have seen it sounds like Dream doesn't want you barraging him with private messages all the time. TJ has said the same thing, so has JamesG and opus. At least 4 people are tired of this, so you are the common denominator.

As the story goes, OpenAI originally planned to delay the release of the first public version of ChatGPT powered by GPT3.5 beyond 2022 because they weren’t totally sure it was safe.
