This ad is annoying.

When I click the down arrow on ads like these they usually disappear. This one keeps popping back up not matter how many times I try to close it.

I think Google made some recent changes. It used to take just one click to collapse/close them. Sometimes it takes to two clicks to collapse them now. I haven't seen any that haven't been completely collapsible. I'll try to block that particular ad if I can find it.

Charles is my given and preferred name, but my family and close friends have always called me Chuck. I've had a few other nicknames over the years including:

Chad
Chris
Truck
Tuck

The last 2 were bestowed upon me by a couple of little kids who couldn't say Chuck.
Charles is a very common name in my family. Both grandfathers, my Uncle, first cousin, & great Uncle, but to the best of my knowledge neither of them were ever called Charlie or Chaz.

If my name were Charles, I would probably be ok with Chuck or Charlie. I would draw the line with Chaz or Chas.

TJ - my first and middle initials, given by grandfather
The Full Guy - named after The Fall Guy TV series
Wildman - given to me by a co-worker - my personality is the complete opposite

I don't think he really likes it very much because he brought it up in the Moderator's Lounge. If someone asks you to stop calling them by a nickname or honey, then you should respect their wishes.
