Always loved Mariska Hargitay, glad to see her back! Her replacement Dani was an interesting character played by a really good actress, but I didn't buy the idea that Elliott would get romantically involved with her (or anyone really, he is in such turmoil!). His calling the victim in the last episode Dani--cuz her name was Danielle--was just dumb IMHO!

Used to LOVE Chris Noth on the original L&O, but now he just seems too old, and both the female partners on CI are sorta blank--it doesn't help that Logan has a new one already and she is played by someone from that short-lived series about young DA's! I used to love the psychological depth of Goren--but I agree he is not as "out there", getting into the heads of the crazies LOL, anymore.

I've been watching SVU for several years now and think Benson and Stabler
are a pretty good team. Dani was ok, maybe they'll bring her back for a few
more shows.

I highly doubt it. That was supposed to be a temporary thing. And I read in an interview that Connie N. liked it that way.

Goren and Eames by a mile for me. I can't stand Benson, Stabler, and SVU. Sadly the votes on this poll reflect the overall ratings. SVU is the ancient show that will never die (unless Mariska Hargitay decides to leave). At least Organized Crime is dead. Criminal Intent, despite having lasted a full decade, has basically disappeared from syndication. Its biggest weakness, though, is the many episodes without Vincent D.
