I added a few other workprints and such sometime ago, like a VCD copy of the Hulk workprint, I just was a little too busy to make one of these comments.

Unfortunately, it isn't, as it was made after the decision to chance it to PG. Still has a few deleted scenes along with the opening just cutting to Memorial Day.

Pimp! Pretty sure that 88 minutes workprint is just a DVDScr brother. Even before the DVDScr was out there was a Russian R5 DVDRip of 88 minutes that might of had cam audio for English out for months before the DVDScr came out. What's crazy is this particular movie was out in Europe almost a whole year before it got released in the united states.

Glad you bring that up. I saw a few people list the copy as a "workprint", but I wasn't too sure since it didn't really scream to me as one. Thanks for the info and trivia.

Anyway, pretty sure I finally sort of fixed the issue with my capture card! I'll be doing a test soon, but hopefully I can get to the FX tape with Garfield and Home Alone within the week.

Yep. 88 minutes in particular always stood out. If you look up the production history the movie was completed in 2005 way before it had a independent release in Europe at festivals mostly then it was shelved for awhile before it got a mass theatrical release in united states. So this movie is unique in that perspective.

Only person i have seen call 88 minutes a workprint is on reddit. Yeah 88 minutes DVDScr doesn't have any indicators that it's a actual workprint. I used to have it 20 years ago but i deleted it cause it's identical to the retail version. I'm pretty sure everyone has mislabeled workprints on their list though so no biggie.

Time for another one of my Sunday trading list bumps!

First things first, I found a convention bootleg of Neil Diamond Live By Request at a thrift store recently. Now, you may be wondering, "why haven't you added it to the list?" Well, turns out, the picture on the tape is absolutely horrible, garbage even. I'm not even gonna bother digitizing the full tape https://imgur.com/8f2jtiX https://imgur.com/KV5bHir

While I'm on the subject of bootlegs, Toy Story is a copy of a copy, and has a long blue screen at the end which I cut out most of. The picture quality is alright, the video signal cuts out in the ending and pops back in during the credits and the audio is actually surprisingly good, at least to me anyway.
